Protests in Iran spread throughout the country

Protests in Iran spread throughout the country over the weekend. State media reports at least 41 Iranians have been killed since protests began after the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini. She was taken into custody for violating the country's dress code for women, and she died in a hospital after being held in morality police custody.
